International Orders

INTERNATIONAL ORDER PROCESSING                                                                         

International orders placed through our U.S. website are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center via Global-e

Delivery Time: Average delivery times vary by location and may be subject to delays due to customs processing.

Customers are responsible for all duties and local taxes when ordering from our U.S. website. These charges are paid upfront.

All orders will be processed up to 3 business days after purchasing and shipped via Your shipping option.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email specifying the carrier and corresponding tracking number. 

INTERNATIONAL TRACKING

All international orders will be shipped your choice on our website. In order to track your shipment, please click on the link enter the tracking number sent in your shipment confirmation email.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your items. Should you choose to return you’re O-OU product it should be returned in original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition. 

For customers internationally we do not offer free shipping on returns and duties, taxes, and fees are non-refundable. It will be the customers responsibility to request a refund for this fee directly with their government. 

To start a return please contact support@oppositeofusual.com and complete our online return process.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed and a refund is processed.

Refund will be processed once the product has been delivered at our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 for transit and delivery.

WARRANTY POLICY

Opposite of Usual eyewear is warranted against breakage due to material or quality defect for two years from the date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. Our warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Additionally, any alterations of Opposite of Usual products (i.e., sunglasses fit with outside prescription lenses) will void warranty coverage.
